How does pay-as-you-grow work?
The plan follows your annual gross written premium. Startup is €1,750 per month for books up to €1 million GWP. Once you write more than €1 million, you move to Small MGA at €2,950 per month, which covers MGAs up to €5 million annual GWP. Above €5 million GWP the plan becomes Enterprise and we agree a price to the book. Same platform on every tier — the fee follows the size of the book, not the number of seats.
What happens when my book crosses €1M or €5M GWP?
You move up to the next plan from the following month — nothing changes in the platform, only the fee. We look at your rolling twelve-month GWP together, so a single large binding doesn't push you over a band before the book is really there.
Is there a per-user or per-seat charge?
No. Every plan is a monthly fee per MGA tenant, not per user. Add as many underwriters, brokers and admins as you need without the price changing.
What's the difference between Startup and Small MGA?
Both plans include the complete platform with unlimited users and products. Startup (€1,750/month) covers books up to €1 million annual GWP. Small MGA (€2,950/month) covers €1 million to €5 million GWP and adds multi-binder and multi-carrier management, priority support with a dedicated success manager, advanced reporting and API access, and managed data migration. What is included above €5M GWP?
Enterprise is the same platform, priced to a larger book. It adds a dedicated migration and success programme, custom SLAs and commercial terms agreed with you — including the option to take the software in-house. Talk to us and we'll scope it against your GWP.
Do you also help pre-launch MGAs and insurtech founders?
Yes. Many Startup customers come to us before they have a licence or a capacity provider. We help with the work that has to be done before you can write a policy: designing the product, rate tables and underwriting rules in the builder; building the pricing and risk model your capacity provider will want to see; and preparing the operational, IT and data sections of your licence application — systems description, process flows, data protection and audit trail — alongside your legal and compliance adviser. That pre-launch work is billed at €120 per hour, scoped upfront so you know what to expect. The Startup subscription itself starts the month you go live, not before.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
Not if you're an established MGA moving onto Small MGA or Enterprise. If you already have a product and systems we can migrate, product configuration, data migration and team onboarding are all included in the monthly price. New MGAs starting from scratch pay for building the first product and configuring the platform at €120 per hour — typically 20–25 hours, so €2,500–€3,000. It stays that low because we work AI-native.
What's the minimum contract length?
There isn't one. Soldek is billed monthly and you can cancel any month. No annual contract, no early-termination penalty.
